FatGalah Shopping Cart and Tender Portal System

Over the past 4 years we have seen a increase in the Government and medium/large business wanting an online method to purchase for they staff and department heads to manage staff purchases of clothing, promotional, safety items and other products.

Public Section of the website Information

The system has 4 options for the cart system

Shopping cart - where you can have your public clients can purchase through the shopping cart.
Quote Cart - where you can have your public clients add products through the quote cart.
Enquiry - Each product also has an enquiry form that can be filled in and sent through
Not purchasable or quotable

Portal Information

There are 5 types of Portals in the system - All portal types can be set to Auto Approval

Price:

Staff may purchase up to $x worth of products from categories they have been allocated per set period (Year, Bi-Annual)

Qty:

Staff may purchase up to x number of products from categories they have been allocated per set period (Year, Bi-Annual)

Category:

Staff must purchase their all they allocation products from each category at once.

Partial Category:

Staff may purchase up to x number of products from each allocated category

Infinite

Staff have no limits to what they can purchase.

Username Type:

Staff Name: Generates the username based on the name of the staff person
Payroll: Use the payroll id for the username
id: Use the Employee Id for the username
Custom: Custom entry per person

Auto Approve option: Orders can be approved on submit or after being reviewed

Staff importer: Download a template and upload the staff from an existing dataset.

Warehouse:

Pack the orders in the warehouse screen

Split any items on backorder into a new order to allow the rest of the order to be packed.

Portals

We have made it easy to add new portals and load them with all the products you need.

If you have got a portal already setup, you can simply copy an existing portal to create a new portal.

Each portal has its own pricing and images.
